As the holiday season begins, remember to take care of yourself

 

As we get ready for gatherings with family and friends as the winter holiday season begins tomorrow – for many of us, this will be the first time in a long time – take a few minutes to check in with yourself. 

While the holiday season is a joyous time, it can also bring on additional stressors and lofty expectations (some of which we impose upon ourselves). This holiday season, remember to “check in with yourself.”

Prioritize your needs. Remember it’s okay to say no or set limits when you need to.
